However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible, but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

Once the order is placed on, devices are typically shipped and delivered within 7 working days across India. While we try to ensure that your order reaches you within above mentioned delivery time, but some unforeseen events may delay the delivery of products. In case you face a delay, please reach out to us at, and we will get back to you with latest updates.

We would like to mention here that we don’t charge any shipping charges and that it’s included in the product cost.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect:

1. If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at with your order number and couple of pictures of the devices within 7 Days of delivery.

2. We will try and replace the devices as soon as possible.

Working Warranty:

1. We give 12 months warranty for our devices. If the device has malfunctioned through no fault of yours within 12 months of purchase and our technicians confirm it to be faulty, we will exchange it with a working device.

2. Device should not have been damaged as a result of water, moistured, dust, power surges or an accident and has not been tampered with or opened.

Cancellation Policy:

Though we value our customers, but as per our company policies, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. User can opt to not use the service, but we wont be able to make a refund of the service charge or device cost.
